Our hybrid membership offers you the best of both worlds. This option allows members to combined an unlimited CrossFit class membership and choose from 4 or 8 hours of one on one personal training each month.

Members have the ability to add or remove the hybrid option as needed.


At CrossFit Steele Creek, we understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to train in a 1 on 1 situation; or if you are part of our CrossFit Group Training, but want to work on individual skills, we also offer 1 on 1 personal training. With our training, one of our coaches will meet with you to determine your goals, and work to set up a plan to reach them.

You do not have to be a member of our CrossFit Group Training to register for 1 on 1 personal training options.

It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual, but includes opportunities to check in with a nutrition coach for weekly 15 minute consultations to review progress, half-way point measurements, and more.

Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full time mom’s, military, police officers, fire fighters, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different. What changes is we scale the load and intensity to fit the persons ability.

CrossFit is intense, but we strive to make the intensity relative to whatever you are capable of. The workout of the day is the same for everyone, but we can tailor it to meet the needs of each individual. When you walk in to a CrossFit facility, you may see a 70 year old, a 25 year old, a teenager, and a firefighter all working alongside each other at their own capacity, but toward the same end result.

The real magic is in guided challenges: obstacle courses, calisthenics, beginner-level CrossFit challenges, and nutritional support. CrossFit Endurance class is a specialty class that we offer in addition to our regular CrossFit programming. This program is for the athletes that want to increase their endurance capabilities. Endurance is not only about running skills and often incorporates weight lifting and other exercises into a longer format class. Participants should be able to run a minimum of a 10 minute mile without stopping prior to taking Endurance Class. All Classes are taught by a CrossFit Endurance certified instructor.

This class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm and included in the Unlimited CrossFit Group Training membership.

CrossFit Steele Creek offers specialized Kettlebell programs. This course will focus on utilizing the proper form of working out with kettlebells. Classes will be taught by one of our certified CrossFit Kettlebell Instructors, Aaron, Dave, Burt or Brian.

Learn how to become more proficient in the Clean & Jerk, and the Snatch during our Olympic Lifting Specialty course. Depending on the time of year it’s offered, this course is between 5-10 weeks in duration. Class meets one time each week for 60 minutes. This course is available to non-CFSC members.

CrossFit coach and Yoga instructor Kyra Severson leads our Yoga classs. This class is offered twice a month to allow members to schedule time to work on their recovery from their workouts or sport.

As CrossFit athletes, we work very hard every workout to maintain intensity, speed and technique all at once. Our bodies need to be reminded of the importance of stability, balance and mobility as well. Yoga will compliment your CrossFit workouts by challenging your focus and ranges of motion, while helping you breathe more efficiently through relaxation as well.

Kyra teaches a vinyasa “style” of yoga and is certified through YogaFit.

CrossFit can do wonders for our bodies, but only if we properly take care of ourselves. CFSC’s Athletic Recovery class will teach you how to use a variety of tools to improve the movement of your body in order to build strength, minimize injury risks and to become a better athlete. Whether the goal is getting into a deeper squat, being able to lock out your arms in a stronger overhead position, or just be able to move with less pain; you’ll learn how to better mobilize and stabilize certain muscles and joints to help you achieve these goals.

CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit, it is entirely absolutely CrossFit geared and designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population.
CrossFit Kids is the principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes and the primary P.E. program for many home schools and charter schools. It is used by athletic teams, martial arts schools and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit. Our goal is to support the specialist, but reward the generalist.

The CrossFit Kids program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for 4 year old’s and elite high school athletes. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of our second graders and our high school wrestler differ by degree not kind.

We also provide before school, and after-school programs for pre-schools, and elementary schools in the area. You can travel to our facility as a group, or we can bring the fun to you. Please contact us for details.
