At CrossFit Steele Creek, we understand that group classes aren’t for everyone. If you prefer to train in a 1 on 1 situation; or if you are part of our CrossFit Group Training, but want to work on individual skills, we also offer 1 on 1 personal training. With our training, one of our coaches will meet with you to determine your goals, and work to set up a plan to reach them.

You do not have to be a member of our CrossFit Group Training to register for 1 on 1 personal training options.

What is SWEAT?
Led by experienced coaches, within a group setting, SWEAT is a calorie-burning, interval training class designed to target all levels of clients. With a proven combination of the best HIIT, Core and Functional Training, you will increase muscle and burn calories in a fun, fast-paced workout customized to your level and your goals. As the name implies, it’s guaranteed to make you sweat, shred fat and move you closer to the body you want.

CROSSFIT TRAINING GROUP

Our CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease, full time mom’s, military, police officers, fire fighters, people fighting obesity, and those just looking for something different. What changes is we scale the load and intensity to fit the persons ability.

CrossFit is intense, but we strive to make the intensity relative to whatever you are capable of. The workout of the day is the same for everyone, but we can tailor it to meet the needs of each individual. When you walk in to a CrossFit facility, you may see a 70 year old, a 25 year old, a teenager, and a firefighter all working alongside each other at their own capacity, but toward the same end result.

The benefits of the group training includes; certified coaches to guide you, a supportive community, competition, and accountability at a fraction of the cost of personal training.

Cost for CrossFit Group Classes range from $130/mon for 8 classes/mon; to $160/mon for our Unlimited Class Membership.

HYBRID MEMBERSHIPS

Our hybrid membership options offer you the best of both worlds.

We offer 2 types of hybrid memberships;

1. Our group class + personal training option allows members to combined an unlimited group class membership (CrossFit or SWEAT) and choose from 4 or 8 hours of one on one personal training each month.

Prices for our Hybrid Membership start at $359/mon.

2. Our Fit For You program combines nutrition coaching + personal training + goal setting   to help you reach your goals. Members choose between 8 or 12 hours of one on one personal training each month. This membership last for 60 days, at which time we’ll re-evaluate progress and how to continue.

Prices for Fit For You start at $659/mon.

Members have the ability to add or remove the hybrid option as needed.

NUTRITION

Nutrition

The pyramid says it all. Nutrition is the foundation of everything we do.

You can’t out-exercise a bad diet. CrossFit makes you accountable: The workouts are 3x harder if you eat cookies the night before. But we’ve known for YEARS that we could do better. Our program can be completed in person or online!

Our Nutrition program (like our CrossFit and Personal Training Programs) combines behavioral change with achievement to create habits that will last a LIFETIME. No shakes, no magic beans.

Our Nutrition Coaching Program at CrossFit Steele Creek is unique and designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. Imagine the confidence you could have walking into the grocery store or a restaurant knowing exactly what you should eat to not only feel great but look great too! The internet is filled with diet plans, recipe plans, and other information. There are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat or how to replace meals with supplements or a shake but what if we could attain this confidence through learning what TO eat and using whole foods with limited ingredients? CORPORATE WELLNESS PROGRAM

Our facility can offer a unique and complete wellness and education program for your employees.

Option A – Onsite Nutrition “Power Hour”– Starting at $199.
We’re committed to making Charlotte healthier. This 60-minute seminar will teach your staff what REALLY works for weight loss, strength training, beating fatigue and help create a healthier and happy staff.

Option B – Onsite Nutrition and Exercise Challenge – $30-45 per person.
Unifying your team in pursuit of a common goal is our specialty. This package includes a kickoff healthy eating workshop, tracking body measurements, InBody body composition testing, a private Facebook page (with health tips/recipes), and prizes.

Option C – Private Group Training at CrossFit Steele Creek- starting at $1200 (for 8 classes!)
The real magic is in guided challenges: obstacle courses, calisthenics, beginner-level CrossFit challenges, and nutritional support. Once each week, your group attends a private class at CrossFit Steele Creek; receives a nutrition guide, and weekly exercise ‘homework’ challenges; and interacts with their coach through email.

CROSSFIT ENDURANCE

CrossFit Endurance class is a specialty class that we offer in addition to our regular CrossFit programming. This program is for the athletes that want to increase their endurance capabilities. In addition to running, this class also uses rowers and bikes, and at times body weight exercises into each class. Just like most of our classes, the distances can be modified individually based on your fitness level.  All Classes are taught by a CrossFit Endurance certified instructor.

This class is offered every Tuesday and Thursday at 6pm to members.

YOGA

CrossFit coach and Yoga instructor Kyra Severson leads our Yoga classs. This class is offered twice a month to allow members to schedule time to work on their recovery from their workouts or sport.

Private Yoga sessions are also available for $80/hour

As CrossFit athletes, we work very hard every workout to maintain intensity, speed and technique all at once. Our bodies need to be reminded of the importance of stability, balance and mobility as well. Yoga will compliment your CrossFit workouts by challenging your focus and ranges of motion, while helping you breathe more efficiently through relaxation as well.

Kyra teaches a vinyasa “style” of yoga and is certified through YogaFit.

The class schedule varies each month. Please check our events board for upcoming dates. Classes are typically Sunday’s from 12-1p.

This class is included with an Unlimited membership option.

Cost: $10/class for non-CFSC members

CFSC Specialty Courses

We offer a variety of Specialty Courses offering an opportunity for you to improve technique and review fundamentals. Each course is 2 to 5 weeks; meeting once each week. Depending on the length, the cost of our courses vary between $29-99.
