CrossFit Steele Creek is a coaching/training facility. You will have certified CrossFit trainers coaching every time you step into our doors. At a traditional gym like the YMCA or Gold’s gym, you may only pay $50 each month, however, you must understand that is only an access fee. This small fee just gives you access to their gym and equipment. Ask them about personal training and you’ll see the tremendous value our facility can provide.


If you’re looking for something more specific to meet your needs and goals, we also provide a variety of 1 on 1 personal training options. Bring a friend or family member to join in the fun, and we’ll create a 2 on 1 personal training program built specifically to fit your needs. You do not need to be a member of our group classes to sign up for personal training at CrossFit Steele Creek.


***At CrossFit Steele Creek we pride ourselves on the great value that our membership provides. In order to help you get the most out of your investment with us, we have included the following in all personal training packages and CrossFit group memberships;

-Initial body composition measurements using the latest technology with the Inbody 270. This test will show you percent fat, muscle mass and metabolic rate. It will provide an objective starting point and a great way to track your progress. (A $20 value!)

-Movement screen/Injury prevention exam with Dr. Brian Strump at our attached doctors office; Premier Health and Rehab Solutions. This exam will give you answers on how to reduce any aches and pains that may have limited your ability to exercise in the past. In addition to helping you get the most out of your training at CrossFit Steele Creek. (A $150 value!)

In order to get started, your first step will be to schedule your “No Sweat Intro”. It’s here that you’ll meet with a member of our staff to discuss your goals and make our recommendation to how we can best help you.

If you’re new to CrossFit, and looking to get started with our group CrossFit classes, you are required to take our On-Ramp Course. The emphasis of the On-Ramp is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. It is designed to get you familiar with common movements and comfortable at our facility. During the On-Ramp course we focus on technique both to ensure your safety and success. We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then increase intensity.

Each On-Ramp course will start with working on skills and will end with an intro baseline workout that will get progressively more challenging as the course progresses. The difficulty of these workouts is ultimately up to you…the degree that you push yourself will determine how intense your workout is.


In order to meet your needs to the best of our ability, all of our On Ramp sessions are completed in 1 on 1 personal training sessions.  All new members are required to complete FOUR sixty minute sessions within the first 2 weeks of starting. The cost of the On Ramp Course also includes the first 14 days of your membership for group classes.


The private 1 on 1 sessions will be scheduled based on your availability and needs. In addition to these On Ramp classes, new members are encouraged to attend another class each week during the On Ramp, to “learn by doing”.


If proficiency and competence has been shown while performing a specific set of skill-oriented CrossFit tasks during this period, the individual is able to move on to the general CrossFit classes. If more time is needed to further achieve proficiency, the member will be encouraged to start with personal 1-on-1 training, or asked to choose from one of our Hybrid membership options.


Shifts in body composition are one of the most motivating ways to measure success. We highly encourage you to take “Before” pictures at the beginning of the On-Ramp Class.



If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Steele Creek’s Test-Out option. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements, you may wish to consider this Test-Out opportunity.
